Linda studied with the Scottish School of Professional Massage and began her training in 2005.  Once she had gained her diploma in Therapeutic and Foundation Remedial Massage she furthered her knowledge with the diploma in Sports Massage.   In 2009 she began training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

She is a member of the Sports Massage Association (Level 4) and the Institute for Sports and Remedial Massage.  These professional bodies are vital as they provide a  potential client with the knowledge that their members are working at a consistently high level of expertise.  She is also able to provide Indian Head Massage, Hyperton-X,  Myofascial Release and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Facials.

She has worked  at various sporting events including the Edinburgh Rat Race, the Edinburgh Half Marathon and the Great Scottish Run in Glasgow.  She regularly works with Peebles RFC and has been fortunate to be able to work with both the Scottish Womens Rugby Union team and the South African Springboks. 

Linda is fully insured and has qualifications in First Aid and Sports First Aid.
